Getting Started

How do we get going?

So you've decided to start using GetSpeedBack to save your business hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars while benefiting your employees...great!

What are the next steps for you?

  1. Sign up - First, you'll sign up and follow the introductory walkthrough to get acquainted with the platform. Once you turn things on, the system begins to send reviews and accumulate a ton of data to help develop your team.
  2. Implementation - We'll meet with the executive team to define expectations and goals so that we can understand what we need to do for you to be successful with the platform.
  3. Education - We can provide you with educational materials to share with the team or we'll host a kickoff call to introduce your employees to the platform, teach them about the benefits, and show them how to use it within their daily workflow.
  4. Support - You'll have direct, ongoing support for you and your team to help you get the most out of the system. Feel free to reach out to hello@getspeedback.com!
