How can I adjust who reviews who in the organization?

The GetSpeedBack platform is intended to take advantage of the 360 review system. This means that each user will be reviewed by their direct manager, their teammates under that manager, and their direct reports. The central employee will also review these other individuals.

There may be some instances in which you do not want an employee to review/be reviewed by specific team members. To adjust these relationships first navigate to the Organization page. Next, open the specific employee card in the organization chart. Then, click on “Open advanced options” in the lower right hand corner. There, you can select or deselect specific employee connections. Make sure to click “Update” to save your adjustments.

These changes will be reflected in the next review cycle - you can find this date on the Organization page under the Pending Reviews section.
