Can I set reviews based on my timezone?

Yes! As an administrator for an organization you'll be prompted to select your company's timezone during the onboarding process. This will serve as the default time for your team's office hours.

If you're an employee, you are given the option to set your own timezone during onboarding as well. This will help if you're remote and want to receive review requests during local business hours.

If you need to adjust your timezone for whatever reason - perhaps you want to align your time with that of your HQ? - you can always adjust your selection on the "Settings" page.
