How do I change when reviews are sent out?

We give organizations the option to determine when, during the day, review requests are sent out. This is to make sure that employees aren’t receiving reviews after hours or on the weekends.

There are four options to choose from:

  • 8 AM to 9 AM
  • 8 AM to 5 PM
  • 10 AM to 5 PM
  • Anytime (All hours Monday through Friday)

To adjust your selection, navigate to the Organization page and scroll down to the Review Scheduling section. Select the desired time and click “Save”. As with other organization settings, the changes will be reflected in the next review cycle.
