Our organization is having problems with Slack, what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues with your Slack integration simply disconnect and reconnect your workspace. To do this, go to your Organization page and scroll down to the Slack section. Click “Disconnect” and then “Sign in with Slack”.

On the next page, make sure the correct Slack workspace is selected in the top right corner, and click “Allow”.

If an individual is experiencing issues with their own Slack messages you can have them follow the same process within the user settings. Simply navigate to the Settings page and disconnect/reconnect the Slack workspace. Note, if you are prompted to select a specific channel, just choose the first option available. The GetSpeedBack bot will not post in any public channels.
