How are scores calculated?

Scores are calculated using an NPS-style algorithm.

Every time a review is completed, the 1-10 score is captured and fed into a series of scores that are available to the employee and manager. They are based on the Net Promoter Score formula (which we then convert to a 0-100 scale for ease of understanding). This enables us to turn subjectivity into objective metrics that are more easily compared across categories.
