Scoring and Metrics
When it comes to completing reviews, you should know very clearly what your response means. When we send you a question, we do our best to label the answers so you know exactly what your selection represents. In some cases it could be that a “1” means poor quality and a “10” means excellent quality. We always stick to the worst-to-best scale.
